These terms govern use of the InstantSolves website and enquiry service.

InstantSolves provides independent comparison and enquiry information relating to mobile plans and handset options. We are not a mobile network operator and do not make a provider's contractual commitments on its behalf.

Mobile prices, availability, eligibility and contract terms can change. Information on this site is general unless expressly identified as current and verified. You should confirm final terms with the actual provider before entering an agreement.
4. No automatic contract with InstantSolves
Browsing this site or making an enquiry does not by itself create a mobile service contract with InstantSolves.
5. Responsible use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious material, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The InstantSolves name, original site design, original illustrations and site content are protected as applicable. Third-party trademarks, if referenced, remain the property of their respective owners.
